Question about the Beta models

I'm not sure if you can, but is there any way to actually replace CJ with one of the beta models?

It is possible to change only skin of the player just not zombie, as for example here

But I'm not exactly sure HOW to add the skin to CJ.

I generally can figure that out on my own but I don't have much experience with GTA modding.
