On The Outbreak File 3 Thread on GTA Forums, Beeswax stated that his R.P.D. Building Model was accidently deleted but the good news it he's rebuilding it, bigger and better. those qoutes remind me of the new twin towers design (Bigger & Better) anyway here's some screenshots.
